Account Manager

Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for helping customers succeed? We're seeking an Account Manager to join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in growing business through proactive outreach, tailored solutions, and exceptional service to current and past customers.

Job Duties:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients in your assigned territory to drive growth and retention
  • Engage with current and past customers via phone and email to identify new opportunities and expand sales
  • Develop deep product knowledge across a range of visual marketing solutions including signage, display hardware, and promotional décor
  • Deliver customized proposals that align with each customer's goals, timelines, and budget
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and communications using CRM tools
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with attention to detail and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery
  • Track progress toward individual sales targets and contribute to team success
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the customer journey to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and a drive to exceed expectations

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $70k/yr. - OTE 1st Year (Salary + Commission)
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
  • Location: Bloomington, MN
  • Type: Direct Hire
